I just got my software and downloaded my data. I am overwhelmed....what should I be looking for in the data? What is good/bad for hypopnea and apeas, etc.? Does anyone know a good source of info on how to interpret my data?? Thanks
EncorePro data - help!!!
Great is 0.0, but you won't see many of them. AHI under 5 is considered good, the lower the better.
Snore rate, lower is better, under 5 ok 2 is better
Leaks- no large leaks
Mask leak rates vary acording to type and pressure, I use FF Mask @ 15.5 CM and leak .4 to.5 LPM
Good Luck, use it as much as you can. I'm on 8+ hours a night. Jim

MORE real DATA - What do you think???
My reader is showing a leak rate of approx. 23-25, AHI of about 5.2, OA of 2.2, VS of 5-6, H of 2-3. Can anyone tell my generally how these results are? Anything you find alarming in my readings? Thanks for any and ALL input, as I have taken my care into my own hands since the DME are so lousy! thanks again for your input.
You are off to a good start. What range of presures is your machine set for?
It sounds like you could use better control and maybe a little higher pressure range.
I don't see anything to be alarmed about. Jim
