As best as I can find, that machine is about 8 years old.

Used or unused you'd be lucky to get $50 for it.

This is odd; OP said in 2007, this:
"Im 29 , not a smoker and im not fat, . . . " (Untreated apnea makes one forget much?--Hmmm?)
Of course, a dumb brick with only 438 hours use in 6 years; dust bunny paradise!
I wouldn't pay $20!

Did you have a sleep test to confirm that your sleep apnea is gone? As far as your machine that is old and out dated It's not worth very much.

Many people lose lots of weight and still have apnea - you must have another sleep study to confirm if you really don't have it anymore and until you get results, hold onto your machine - you may well need it again!

Unlikely to find a buyer here on this forum for a very old (even with low hours) machine that only offers hours of use data.
There's a brand new latest technology Phillips Respironics full efficacy data APAP/CPAP available right now for $450 will all the top of the line accessories being offered by a forum member.

The cold hard fact of life is that the machine is way old technology wise and people don't normally want or need those machines.
Most people want latest technology machines. A few people do prefer the older machines but most of those people already have a couple of spares and the model you have in your position is not a model that had a high number of users here on the forum anyway.
Mostly Respironics or ResMed users here. So it won't have a very large market to draw from on this forum.

It might make a good back up machine for someone with very limited funds and/or no funds at around $50 if you are lucky.
I know that is no where near what was paid for it back when new but it's just like a used car...original sticker price means nothing.

I wish you luck but I don't think you'll find anyone on this forum who will pay $150 for it. Your best bet is Craig's list, there gullible on there.

Why?
The machine was at least six years old when the thread was started over a year ago;
probably even older than that; low mileage, but obsolete as a trebuchet.
The "seller" has been absent since over a year ago.
Charities are not even likely to accept this dinosaur--for free.
