Pulse oximeter and cpap data

Post by growing » Sun Jun 09, 2013 11:52 pm

Hi, all.
My AHI ranges between 1.0 and 2.0 since the last few months and SpO2 remains above 88%, mostly and my pulse data are satisfactory.
Now, if I have satisfactory SpO2 and pulse data, should I worry about my AHI (which I wanted to bring near 0.0)?

Hi Growing,

The most important factor is how well rested and functional do you feel. If that is optimal, I wouldn't wouldn't worry about your AHI. And by the way, it is pretty hard to get it to near zero.
