Your minimum pressure is 5? Is that correct?
Technically you probably don't really need much more but you might find that minimum of 6.0 cm moves the air a little more and might be a little more comfortable.
They started me out at 5 cm at my titration sleep study and I thought I was sucking air through a coffee stirrer.
It was rather uncomfortable for me and that was with no past cpap experience with pressure.
So 0.5 cm or 1.0 cm increase in minimum...your pressure needs aren't really high...I can't see it hurting anything. May not need it all the night but it might help and might be more comfortable too. Maximum doesn't really need anything done to it. The machine isn't wanting to go very high anyway. Maximum is a non factor in things in your situation.

I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.
Re: Sleepyhead
OK, thanks for the help, will try and adjust
Re: Sleepyhead
Adjusted the pressure as suggested by Pugsy, It worked amazing , slept much better and felt rested when I woke up.
Thanks a lot guys for advice.

Re: Sleepyhead
That's wonderful.
The slight increase in minimum pressure probably allowed for more comfortable breathing along with doing a little better job of preventing the airway from possibly collapsing a little (causing those snores and FLs and RERAs) and even though they are minor flow reductions, they can affect overall sleep quality and with them being reduced you get better quality sleep with less chance for arousals.
Sometimes all it takes is a minor little change to make a huge improvement.
