Sleepyhead Question

Post by imfletch » Sun Jun 02, 2013 10:15 am

When I first began with cpap, I had a virtual brick (ResMed S9 Escape Auto). About 17 days into it, I convinced my DME to take that back and give me an S9 AutoSet. I downloaded Sleepyhead my very first day with cpap. To make a long story somewhat shorter, NOW when I look back over my Sleepyhead data... it is somewhat screwed up because those first 17 days of data (back on the brick) show up as an AHI of -30 !! (that's NEGATIVE 30) Does anyone know a way that I can erase or remove those first 17 days of data from SleepyHead?

1) Get the latest SleepyHead 0.9.3. viewtopic/t89896/Installing-the-Latest- ... ndows.html

2) It may be easier to start a new "user" under SleepyHead, and keep your new machine data separate from your old machine data.

Don't forget to erase the old data off the machine.
If you don't it will just get put back on the SD card.

You can go into the SleepApp folder in MyDocuments and look in the Sleep App folder and maybe find the data files (search by date) for the other persons data and remove the old files and see what happens

There's a reset data feature in the clinical menu of both ResMed S9 and the PR S1 machines.
Instructions on how to do it are in the clinical manuals of both machines.
Reset data erases any prior therapy usage and starts off with a clean slate.
If it isn't done...erasing the SD card won't help because the machine has the old prior usage stored on its internal memory and will put it all right back on the blank SD card.
