Unfortunately, many companies tend to be very slow to respond on emails even though it shouldn't be that way. I had an issue with a item destroyed in transit. I contacted the vendor via email and no response after half a day. I called them on the phone and right away they said they would send another one even before I described what was wrong or anything.

I received it early February, 2011.

MIne is also 0602.I got mine April 30, 3012. I have no idea what the difference is between this one and the newer one, but I am extremely happy with my machine. I don't see anything wrong with getting a machine with this version. The run hours would be an issue though as I would object to paying a new price for a used item.

Who would have thought it would be this challenging to sleep and breathe at the same time?

So it took through the weekend, but I did receive an email from 1800cpap and I called them this morning.
They are sending me out a new unit to arrive my Thursday the latest and I can use the one I have until then.

I would give them a B for service, not perfect but they did the correct thing.

Just an update for all wondering about 1800cpap.

This is great news. Glad they took care of the problem.

Just as a point of reference, I received my replacement Vpap Adapt the end of February 2013 and the # is SX474-0905.

I'm glad it worked out for you at 1800CPap as I'm thinking of ordering some supplies from them.

This forum is a wealth of knowledge and I'm so glad about that. I had no idea where to find the firmware date before.

What is the actual difference between internal software 0902 and 0907? Mine is 0903 and works and reports just fine.

Not sure about 9.02 to 9.07, but I have heard there are skew issue with 6.02. Besides that I am not sure there is a big difference in the firmware versions.

I beg to differ on your conclusion.

The correct thing would have been to send you what you paid for the first time.

That's not the same as making amends after being caught.

jdm, I understand it should have been correct the first time, but mistakes do happen. They are working to correct the mistake and have given me a solution in the mean time.
