Why are you using such hi pressures? I rather reduce the pressure and have somewhat higher AHI.
Even up to AHI=10. Hi pressure is bad for your health.

Avi you dumb smuck... he's not you, just because you use a certain pressure with good results for YOU does not mean that is what everyone should use.
Josh, if you hang on there will be more forum members online in the morning that can give you some good advice.
Started cpap in 2010.. still at it with great results.

The reason my pressure is so high is because when I lower it my OSA gets a lot worse causing my AHI to spike even more.

if you were on Bi-pap, I'd recommend that you raise the IPAP setting a bit.
Just raising my IPAP by 0.5 worked wonders for me and elminated quite a few of my obstructions / hypopneas
I'm not sure how it all works when the machine is on auto

Looks like some cluster of activity. Parts of the night things are well controlled and some parts of the night not so optimally controlled.
There are normally 2 main suspects for this type of clustering. Supine sleeping...REM stage sleep or maybe even both.
Either are common. We just sometimes need a little more pressure when sleeping on our back or during REM sleep.
REM stage sleep normally occurs in cycles throughout the night with the first cycle starting around 90 minutes after sleep onset.
When using APAP mode the minimum pressure sometimes is not quite optimal to do a better job of holding the airway open so it can better prevent those events that might need more pressure and it can't raise the pressure quickly enough to get the job done.
Usually a little more minimum pressure (like maybe just 0.5 or so) is enough to break up the clusters.
We don't really expect to totally prevent every event but ugly clusters means a lot of events really close together so when I saw them on my own reports (I am documented as to having REM worse OSA) I had good results with a little more minimum pressure.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.
