my Quattro is going on 7 months of use now...

I've changed the headgear twice, but only because I did some dumb things during cleaning....putting it in with bath towels in very hot water in a washing machine is not good.

)mass quantities of towel fuzz built up in the velcro & lots of shrinkage)

I've had to change my mask cushions twice as well... those wore out due to my higher pressures

the rest of the mask is still going strong!

My very first headgear went bad, real fast. It was stretched out from over tightening plus the straps would curl up. I also washed it once in baby shampoo. Big mistake! I'm on my second headgear gear and into the 2nd month on it and so far so good.

At least I'm not the only one. My humidifier tank, ClimateLibe, EasyLide mask, headgear, and chin strap are all original from October 2011, about 18 months.

My gecko nose bridge pad and pad a cheeck for the Easy life replace about every 8 months. That's more because of how yellow they look.

My RemZZZ is changed about once every month.

it is sort of nice to already have a replacement on hand before your current
mask decides it will break at 1:43 in the AM!

What about the frame on the new Wisp? Does the silicon or fabric make a difference on how long the mask lasts? how about comfort?
Thanks, Piglet14

My other half just found that out the hard way. Her Mirage FX frame broke where it attaches to the headgear. Thankfully, I had a spare that she is making due with while her replacement comes in. She's not exactly in love with my Quattro FX that was my spare.
