I have been at this since the first week of January, and the headache went away within a few days. My breathing is so much better, I breath deeper. I do feel better than I did, but I have always been a go getter, there weren't many that could keep up with me. Anymore, I just don't have any energy to go and do like I used to. I don't leave the house unless I have to, I don't do any more than I have to do, and I am ready for that to change. I think If I ever have that night without nocturia I would be jumping up and down! It is down to once or twice, which is way down from 3-5 times....guess I should be happy, huh?

I have been through several masks, hopefully the swift fx is going to be the one that works for me. I did tighten it one notch last night and still working on my bed pillow situation.

Thanks again!

There may be still enough clutter to reduce on your reports to maybe help with that once or twice pee break. Often we want the cpap machine to fix every ailment we might have (even the ones not related to OSA) and of course it doesn't work that way. Doesn't stop us from wishing though. Hey, we are women...isn't wanting what we do best?

If up till now your reports have been like your recent report until a little minor tweak in the settings...maybe things were just not quite optimal. The snores and FLs..indicate a good chance for some arousals along with the obstructive events. So maybe these minor tweaks will help.

What we do now is concentrate on the reports first when we don't feel as good as we want to. See if there is anything on the reports that could maybe be improved on. Do that and then look at the other suspects after the reports look good on paper at least.

The other usual suspects are meds, pain, general sleep quality (just the fact that you tell me you get up once or twice to pee tells me your sleep quality is not optimal), general health, comfort factors (bed and mask), hours of sleep, insomnia....you get the idea. There's a big long list to look at but since your reports pointed to a few things that could maybe stand a little improvement why not try the obvious first and then work from there.
