Tried the Tap Pap last night. One hour later I was back on the Swift LT. I re-sized the mouthpiece three times to get it right. No luck. Either to small and hurt my teeth, or too big and would drop off the front of my teeth. Could not seem to find the sweet spot for zero leakage either. Put the LT on and slept like a baby.

I will give the Tap Pap a few more tries this weekend, before I get mad and send it back.

I really like this interface - not sure we can call it a mask? However, I can't recommend it after visiting a dentist. My gums are real sore right now. First night, my leak rate was really low except for one big spike. AHI was up a bit over the previous night. Last night, I removed the TapPap and went back to sleep. Woke up after about an hour and put it back on. Leak rate was higher than the night before.

When my mouth has recovered I'll have to adjust the mouth piece again (not straight). I think this interface takes a while to set up, but once you have, it is the best option for nose breathers who don't need a full face mask.
