Encore Basic Graphs - Details blacked out

I've just downloaded data from my travel unit (M-Series Plus CPAP) and all the data is blacked out. The bars on the "Compliance Information" main page are black, the bars on the "Patterns of Use pages are black, and there is no data shown in the H/OA/VS/FL or other details on the daily graphs. The Has anyone else had this trouble and is there a fix for it?

The M Series Plus CPAP machine only gathers hours of use .
No other data is available.
If it was used sporadically with no recent use then there likely is no compliance information available.

Nothing useful can be gathered from the M Series Plus.
The closest mode to it that would offer efficacy data would be the M Series Pro with CFlex

Your travel machine is a brick...that's what we call machines that do not gather any useful data.

Thanks for the info. I was mistaken, i just checked the machine and my M-Series travel unit is actually a Remstar Pro while my bedside unit is a Remstar Auto. Is there a setting that may have been caused my Remstar Pro to act like a Plus or does anyone have experience with a Pro showing blacked out data?

The link is for the Pro 2.....the regular Remstar Pro looks just like it without the 2 on the machine.
The Remstar Pro also doesn't have any data available.
You would need the Pro 2 to have any useful data.
Now the Remstar Auto that looks like this machine does have full data.

You still have a brick for a travel machine.
We call this particular body style of the Respironics machine the Legacy series. I don't know why. My first machine 4 years ago was when the M series machines were being dispensed.

The Legacy series was the model prior to the M series.

Respironics has used the name Remstar on every machine since time began I think.
Even now Remstar gets stuck on the machines...from the most basic brick to the high dollar BiPaps.
