I think Secondwind is in the position of a reseller/recycler when selling used machines;
but in the case of open box, or unopened, they may be helping dispose of excess inventory,
and in the event of older or damaged packaging, older firmware, etc.,
and are afforded some leeway, as that's the only way it could be done.
