New CPAP user here using a System One RemStar Auto with A-flex. I'm trying to use Sleepyhead software to read the data on my SD Card. However, after doing the import I get the message "No CPAP Machine Data Imported" as shown in the image at the bottom of this post.
I tried to re-install the program, tried it with version 0.9.1 and version 0.9.2. I am selecting the root directory of the SD card. I also copied the SD card contents onto my hard drive and tried to select that folder. I tried creating a new profile and also tried going back to the old profile. I tried import from the icon and from the File menu. The SD card has data on it (19MB worth of data). It is the SD card that came with the machine and it works because I recently saw my doc and he downloaded the data off the card and we discussed it (I think he has the Encore software). I did search the forum which led my to try some of the troubleshooting steps above. I checked the Wiki FAQ too.
Any ideas or suggestions? Thank you.

Thanks...but if you read my original post you will see that I stated that I am selecting the root directory.

And I have tried two different SD card readers. But it seems to me that the software is reading the card since it recognizes my machine type and serial number but it's not reading any of the data stored on the card.

Your machine is a 560 model...that's the 60 series model. You need the Patch file for Sleepyhead to finish the download properly.
See this thread...if you don't understand I have instructions with pictures on page 2 and 3.
viewtopic/t83551/SleepyHead-Series-60-Patch-Avail.html
Version should be 0.9.3 when the Patch is properly installed.
One more thing to do and you should be good to go.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.
