15 Nights as a Hosehead and Graph Help, Please

Post by G'night Gracie » Sun Mar 31, 2013 9:30 am

Making some progress reducing mask leaks; last night was the best so far. Also getting a little more comfortable with side/stomach sleeping positions. Still trying to log more hours and with fewer awakenings each night. Often, like last night, I just give up in the 4-6 hour time frame. Upped my min pressure from 6 to 7 after reading that a narrower range might be more comfortable. So, what info do you see in these graphs that might be good news or bad?

Also, wondering what you can tell me about this zoomed in graph of the one OA event. Can you say what's happening with my breathing before, during and after the event?
