Jewels 109:

Week #1 I used a Mirage Quattro. Too confining and noisy when I moved.
Week #2 had a nasal. Bad news because I'm a mouth breather.
This week I have a Quattro FX. Love it because it's light like the nasal but gives my mouth and nose good coverage. Have had solid sleeps the past three nights. In fact, it's noon in the CST (SW Chicago suburbs) and I haven't yawned once.

Don't be surprised if you must do some experimenting. In fact, don't be afraid to tell your sleep people that you want to try another type/model. They're there to help you.

Well, he is lying all the time and if he'd just stay sleeping we'd let him lie.

Shhhh. Don't tell you know who about that little detail. Men who are real men aren't supposed to use a "girlie" mask.
Just joking of course. All the masks are unisex...some just have "Her" headgear sizing for the typical smaller female head.
From what I can tell, For her headgear is simply pink and not any smaller. My mom and I both use the Quattro FX. I have blue; she has pink. Identical size of headgear. I had to order the smalls size headgear for me.

Who would have thought it would be this challenging to sleep and breathe at the same time?

With the Swift FX nasal pillows the back strap is pink or gray, in the "For Her" model, it is shorter than the dark blue or light blue strap on the packing that is not designated as For Her.. Noticeably shorter.
While I can use the dark blue strap the velcro edges have to touch to have it snug enough. With the pink strap I have about 3 inches or so between the velcro edge.
Everything else appears to be the same from what I can tell.

I have both original and "hers" headgear for the swiftFX. The silicone portion is exactly the same shape and size,
but the female version has 3 extra notches for smaller adjustment--the end is still very, very long.
Lowering the loops for the back strap about an inch would have been nice, but trust those ignorant twerps
to have no clue at all about comparative human anatomy.

Where are these notches? What do we put through them?
I just got a brand new Swift FX for Her and I just now went and compared it to the "regular" silicone headgear and they are identical...I don't see any other notches.
And the Her back strap is noticeably shorter than the "regular".

When I got my "girl" headgear, I laid it down side by side next to the original.
The side of the top strap that has the smooth end has 3 extra humps (notches) down closer to
the little molded-in dee ring. (where the back strap is attached)
the smooth end threads through the slider on the other strap on top of the head--(not really a buckle)-
-looks a bit like the inside end of a metal watchband-only silicone, and molded on.
