who hasnt a cue how to "read" their machine, and just goes by how I feel everyday?? I have had mostly good nites but wouldn'e even know how to "read" my machine and what it would mean, but I still am having a good(if not occassionally frustrating) cpap experience.

You are not the only one. I have had Resmed machines like yours and now the Remstar and I don't have a clue either. I am not sure if everyone has the software or if there is a way to translate what is one the machines screen. If you find out I would love to know.
