Re: Evo medical masks
The comfortfit looks identical to the zzz full face mask. I think it is. This is my main mask. The strap is garbage, but the mask itself, when paired with a strap from another full face mask is beyond comparison for comfort, leak and durability. I like how the elbow can bend in its socket. I also like how it's easy to scratch your nose just by pushing in on the mask. I use this mask with the PapCap 'plus' as a replacement strap. There is almost no mask torque, so large leaks are almost non-existent.

Re: Evo medical masks
I just started with the standard Comfortfit after my DME stopped carrying my Resmed Quattro FX mask, which I REALLY liked. I'm impressed with the Comfortfit, though - it is leaking less than the Quattro for me. I like the headgear - the buckles seem a little cheap, but they are easy and seem to work well. The mask cushion is 90% of the mask itself and pops out easily for cleaning, which I like. No frills packaging.
