Saw this clip in a finacial paper. Don't know much about it
The respiratory-device maker’s
shares sank 6.5% after the Centers
for Medicare and Medicaid Services,
which is the federal agency that
administers the health care programs,
said it plans to slash reimbursements
on certain equipment
by an average of 45%. That is seen
hitting distributors of ResMed’sRMD
products. Shares have fallen 9.4%
since strong Q2 results lifted them
to anewhigh.

My primary care doc no longer accepts Medicare patients and started a concierge medical practice a year and a half ago.

The end of Medicare is nye as health professionals run off to different business models and abandon the traditional healthcare system collapsing under corporate fascist fraud.

I suspect DME services will follow suit.
