What Should I Do!

Post by boldimagery » Thu May 11, 2006 10:58 am

Okay... I will keep it short, but if you would like more details let me know. I was diagnosed with OSA in Oct. '05. For a while the machine worked great I felt good... blah... blah... You know th usual.

Now I feel like... I will put it this way... I feel like the deposit your dog, that you did not know you had, left on your lawn. Hold on... I got to take a nap before I finish.... ..... zzzzz...zzzz!!

Okay.. I am back! I have got the the manual. My S8 has the data port... Should I hike up my air pressure a little until I feel better... or is there something the data port will tell me...

Help before I kill someone with my car!! Please....

Jason, it sounds like you already know the answer. Every now and again, RG posts a link to a medical study which indicates that patients can titrate themselves just as well as a sleep lab can. The people in the study were simply making adjustments based on how they felt. Of course, many of us that choose the self-adjustment route prefer to use software, as it speeds the process and helps provide direction.

Regards,
Bill
