Resmed Report..need help reading

Post by SmilingSharon » Sat Jan 12, 2013 5:22 pm

Hello! This is my first attempt to upload and use the software. Any wisdom in understanding it is most appreciated. I hope I selected the right screen shots. Just let me know. Thank you!

Hi,

I'm a new CPAP user too, but I've been analyzing my data quite a bit. You certainly appear to be having a lot of events, however the image is too small to see any detail. Would it be possible for you to create a larger image and repost?

Thank you. I will try. It looked like a lot of events to me as well. But, when I read my nightly report, it didn't report that many. Perhaps I don't understand that either. More to follow.. probably tomorrow.

Unless they work for the FBI, CTU or CSI, they wont be able to enhance the screenshot to see the numbers

Must re upload a larger screenshot

I'm able to enhance it but others might not be.

She might not get that you are joking around, since that isn't from her image posted.

I've found that it's very easy to open the ResScan software, select the detailed graph, close the left hand pane that shows the days, and do a ctrl-alt-print screen. Open up your favorite editing software (paint works fine) and paste the image. Make sure to mark out your name if you've filled that data in (just put a box around it and delete). Upload it to your image hosting serve and post on here.

I'd suggest doing a couple of captures with the time frame less than what I used. Find a period you want some help with and get a good detailed capture instead of the entire night view. If you are still having trouble PM me and I can try to help.

My eyes aren't good enough to see much on the image shown but I do see yellow events I think.
Yellow means an unknown event and those don't normally show up unless accompanied by large leak.

You're trying to avoid a photo hosting website and use Google document instead. But it's not clear and large enough.

Why don't you show a copy of your ResScan's Stats like this. It shows more info:
