Thanks

Post by sectheatre » Thu Jan 10, 2013 10:53 am

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone on here. I've been a stalker on the board for a few weeks. I was super nervous about getting my CPAP but my first night last night went pretty darn well. A little trouble getting to sleep but other than that I was fine- no leaks or anything. I don't feel significantly different today, but am hoping in time I will. So just wanted to say thank you all!

-Sarah

p.s. sorry for the lack of data on my profile. I don't remember my equipment information yet and they are at home.

Welcome aboard Sarah,

You will find a wealth of information available on CPAPtalk. The people here genuinely want to see everyone with sleep apnea sleeping great with their CPAP.
Poke around and use the search feature for any specific questions you may have. There are more good common sense approaches to the use of CPAPs here than you can digest in a week of reading. Some really smart people are on here and I have learned so much from their posts.

Again, welcome to the hose heads, we sleep odd but we hope to live longer for it.

Karen

Yes, thanks for the thanks. I leaned a lot when starting out. You may not feel perfect, but I know that how I sleep now is way better than before CPAP.
Hang around and join in the fun. You will keep on learning too!

I am a returning visitor to CPAPTalk. Had to get a new name etc as all was forgotten. Started in 2007 as barb_z here!
