Where can I find the update from Windows XP ResScan to Windows 7 ResScan software? I have the XP version of ResScan and would like to use the ResScan software on my new Computer. Thanks

There is no specific XP or 7 version. You will be able to install the version you have on Win 7.

Cheers,

Bill

I have Rescan running on Windows 7. I'm not sure what is going wrong for you but hopefully you will find a solution soon.

"Will not work" is not enough to troubleshoot from.... can you please tell me more about which Resmed flow generator you have and your experience with installing your copy of ResScan in Win 7

Cheers,

Bill

Hi Folks

I upgraded my PC to Windows 7 and no longer have ResScan 3.11.exe. Does anyone know if there is a newer version, and if so, how to get it? Your help is greatly appreciated.

To oneviper,
I just installed resscan 4.1 and I had problems installing it. The problem was the downloaded file was only 56MB, apparently it must have timed out. I re-downloaded the file it is installing now. The file I ended up with is over 100 MB.
You probably already did this but thought I'd add my info to the thread.
