I'm cured too...

All I have to do is sleep in a chair every night, take 1-2 hour naps after work & ignore my OSA diagnosis.

Lol Thank you so much excpapuser...but I'm not sure about your exercises?

Here is a video from a sleep doctor who teaches exercise for your throat and mouth that have been studied and do show some promising results. I'm personaly too busy and too tired to do them but I have been thinking about them?

I've been doing some of those exercises (and other neck exercises) every day for 21 years as stretches (range of motion) to help keep as much fexibility as I can with my Rheumatoid Arthritis. I do many other range of motion exercises as well for my whole body every day as well. Works for that.

Ten+ years ago, I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and have been on cpap ever since. I still do these exercises every day but I still need my cpap. Nothing has changed as far as my sleep apnea goes. I don't believe these exercises will ever do anything for my sleep apnea. I will keep doing them for my RA though.

I don't know if anybody else watched the OP's linked Youtube video, but I did - all forty seconds of it. It's some guy just rotating his head clockwise then counterclockwise. Next he nods it up and down; this goes on over and over. While this exercise certainly can't do any harm, I fail to see how it's going to be the universal cure for sleep apnea. Maybe I'm missing something?

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

I have not seen "Borat", but doesn't this seem to be on a similar track?
Amusing at first, but tasteless, exploitative, and just plain obnoxious!

This person just wants attention. Like a child doing something naughty for attention. Why do we keep this post going?
