How to go from CPAP to APAP mode?

Post by crankybear » Mon Dec 03, 2012 6:24 pm

I have a ResMed Autoset 69. The supplier set me up to start on the CPAP mode. I want to know if I can switch to the APAP myself. If so what do, is there anything I need to know or should check before switching. Also how do i change modes?

There is a link in my signature for a machine video that shows you how to access the menu.
What are you trying to accomplish? Are you having problems? How is your AHI? Just want to try it out?
What is your cpap pressure?

Go for it. I would probably try 9-13 and see what happens. Just know that some of us do better on cpap, others on apap. Are you checking your data in ResScan?
