My doctor and I are sold on the idea of using MyEncore to monitor nightly results and then adjust medications & other therapies accordingly. I just got off the phone with the provider and they seem reluctant to supply the Encore Pro software. My question: Where can I either purchase the latest version (6i) or download the previously free version.
Any help will be appreciated.
Perhaps it's time to figure out how to just read the smart card without the Encore Pro.

The Encore Pro software is available from https://www.cpap.com. You will require a SmartCard reader, which is also available on that site. If you look at the top of the forum, you'll see a sticky from RestedGal about the smartcard reader and software with links to lots of posts answering question. There is a web site from which you can purchase the card reader much more inexpensively. You'll find the link in there... I've been digging through there all evening myself
