The CPAP cut my pee trips from about 6-7 a night to about 4-5 a night--not great. Then my urologist diagnosed me with OAB (Over Active Bladder) and I tried Vesicare, Toviaz and Sanctura with no success, but have been very successful with a procedure called PTNS or Percutaneous Tibial Nerve Stimulation.
I'm only 3 nights into CPAP and I still go pee 2-3 times during the night. I'm positive I have some underlining condition like OAB. I go pee over 10x a day easily.
I really don't think it is OAB in my case, I don't pee a lot during the day, only at night. I am able to sleep 3-4 hours now before I have to use the bathroom, whereas it used to be every 2-3 hours. Maybe it is improving or maybe it will just be that way forever. My doctor gave me some Ditropan XL which did nothing to help my nighttime trips to the bathroom, and since I don't have the problem in the daytime I stopped the medication.

Yep, I used to get up at least 2 times a night. I sleep straight through now. I got my mom on the cpap, too. Same thing for her, though she's in her mid 80's. She may get up once, but used to get up frequently. We all thought this was due to the aging process. Not at all.

I did go to the doctor about a month ago for the frequent daytime and night time pee trips and was given Ditropan (Oxybutynin) 5mg tablets. I take 2 a day. Cuts the trips significantly for the day. About once or twice during the night. Its better than before so its a start. It also gives me a little dry mouth.

They also took an ultrasound of the kidneys and bladder. Looks normal. This medicine is dirt cheap also

Fixed mine. Every time I'm on the hose I have no problem. Without it I pee at 04:00.
