SH and Encore basic can't read main Respironics SD card?

Here is the run down. The Respironics SD card that came with my machine I can not get EncoreBasic or SH to read. I have tried it on my work desktop which has XP pro and my laptop that has Vista home. I put it in the reader and try either program and both programs will lock up and end up locking up the computer. My DME had no issue getting data off of it last week nor did my sleep doctor.

I can take a blank standard 2gb SD card, insert it into my APAP and let it write to that. Both programs work fine on both computers when doing this. I am pretty lost as to why I can not access any data off of the main card or why it causes the program/computer to lock up. Anybody have any ideas? My machine is listed on my profile. Is it possible that its a SDHC and that is why I am having issues. My SD card reader I use on my laptop is pretty old. My office desk top is 7 or 8 years old as well and do not think either support SDHC or SDHC cards.

Nope. When you asked this it dawned on me that both of the SD card readers were not compatible with my the card that is in the machine. So I bought a new card reader and now I don't have an issue reading it. It must be a SDHD or SDHC
