Should I raise my top pressure?

No, if this is a normal night for you, then you are doing so well that I would not change a thing. Raising the top pressure could lead to more leaks and many of your apneas did not happen when the machine was at the top pressure.

Those spikes in leak might be an indication of mouth leak
Get a chinstrap to helps keep your mouth closed

Sol, those spikes in leak happens when the pressure increases. At this level the leaks is no problem, but if he was to increase his top pressure, he could end up having to tighten up the mask.
