I apologize for part of the data being cut off I don't know why it happened and didn't notice when I posted it

Hi Hopefull!

They came through fine.

Try doing a "zoom out" while viewing the posts in your browser (hold the "control" (marked Ctrl on my Dell) key and tap the minus key - called a CTL+-). Then you can probably see the whole thing as can I - but of course the letters are small.

Have a lot of fun!

Hi Hopefull!

It looks to be that you are adapting to your PAP pretty well.

The only readings that concern me a bit are your minute volumes. They seem a bit high and may indicate you are running with little CO2 reserve. They are close to where I used to run a year ago. If your life becomes stressed you may develop unstable breathing which would send your PAP therapy into a tail spin.

If I were you I would keep on doing what I was doing adding some eucapnic breathing re-training to move the minute volumes down a bit.

Have a great week!

Thanks for he advice that's one of the graphs and don't have a clue how to read or what it means. When I did my sleep studies my oxygen was dropping into the 50's so that makes since. I'll try to watch it

Looks nice - I'm impressed with your leak lines given the pressure!

I thought the leak line looked good I know they have improved, bit wasn't sure how good they were. There are still large mounts of time with steady leaks. Defiantly want to make the most of the therapy

Your leak line overall is to be envied. Whatever you are doing...you are doing it superbly.

I don't pay a whole lot of attention to all those volume this and that graphs. Normals vary widely within individuals and even within each person. I am a little short tiny woman and my lungs just don't have the volume that a big tall man might have. My norms are going to be different from your norms. Mostly that stuff would maybe come into play if someone had some sort of lung issues or was maybe using some sort of ASV machine. It's data that ResScan doesn't even report until the high end machines are used.

Mainly I just watch the AHI, pressure line when using auto adjusting pressures, leak, events graph to look for clusters and maybe a side glance for snores and flow limitations if AHI or events look a little off for what I normally see.

In your case...everything looks great. Sit back and pat yourself on the back and "give it time"...might as well...we don't have much choice do we?
I am pea green with envy about your leak line. I get those every now and then but it is rare that I don't have some pretty good size blip.
