Getting another machine for travel. Need a silent, light weight machine. Any suggestions?

I travel with my Resmed S9 Autoset. It fits in a bag about the size of my laptop bag. This past weekend, I put in inside my regular luggage. It is very quiet also.

This is my regular machine, so I simply take it with me when i travel.

What machine do you have now?

Who would have thought it would be this challenging to sleep and breathe at the same time?

Look at mine on Cpap.com - it's great (use it fulltime).

The Devillbiss IntelliPAP Autoadjust is a fantastic travel machine. It is small and quiet, comes with a small and very nice travel bag. It has no power brick, the power supply is buildt into the machine and it accepts any form of power, including 12 volt.

The humidifier is the best design of any brand I have tried and the APAP algorithm is just fantastic. If you're paying for it yourself, the price is also very good.
The only "drawback" is that you'll probably use it all the time and have your present machine as a backup

I've found the S9 travels really well. I suppose there might be some lighter ones out there? It's not too heavy.

I'm hoping to get me an Intellipap for car travel.
The cord to plug it into the lighter is under $25.
This way when we stop for a short nap, I won't get a headache from my OSA.
I like that it has exhale relief, and reviews are quite good for any machine in this price range.
Still more awesome is the fact their warranty is now 5 years!

The IntelliPAP is seriously lacking in terms of the data it collects. If you're only going to use it for travel, and have a fully data capable CPAP at home, the size may be worth it for you for an travel only machine.

What home machine do you have now?

The PRS1 Auto and S9 AutoSet are similar in size to the Intellipap if you don't carry the humidifier.
