This isnt so bad. DME :)

Post by wiguy » Fri Nov 02, 2012 5:23 pm

Went to get my climate tube setup for my machine today. I had a good time with the guy. We were talking and hes like wow.. you have done your homework havent you. I just smirked and nodded and said yep.. I am a member of an online forum with lots of sleep apnea folks. I was like yeah... I have read alot about this because hes like this is the power supply, I am like mmmhmmm the 80-watt one and he laughed. Then I told him I was looking at my data, and the look on his face was priceless!!!! Took him a second, I am like yep I got the software for it and its for my independence. Hes like.. there is one of you in every group. Was pretty funny.

Got done with that and I was like by any chance do you have the bella loops for the swift FX.. hes like... ahhh I am not sure... let me order a set for you as a demo! Then he went check and came back with the bella set. I was like score!!! Went back out to the van... and double checked... only the headgear and the pillows.. so I went back in and we foudn the ear loops. I said that is all I need. I let them keep the rest. I told him thanks and I appreciate all the hard work he did for me. I said I have heard horror stories about med equipment suppliers and he looked worried.. I was like I am very pleased with you guys, and thanked him again graciosuly and went on my way.

Good day for me! Just thought I would share.

That's good to hear. Did you buy a lottery ticket on the way home?
