Sleepyhead Question

Post by ChrisH » Sat Oct 27, 2012 10:15 am

A few days ago I must have done something wrong when trying to make various adjustments to my sleepyhead program. Sleepyhead now thinks the current date is 3/2/2032 on the Overview and Daily tab views. The Summary view shows my correct date range for usage.

Does anyone know how to get sleepyhead back to the current date permanently? I can get to the correct Daily each day using the calendar function and can get the proper date range on the Overview section by using the Custom setting but this is an annoying and timely thing to do everyday. I am pretty sure whatever I incorrectly changed happened with my PulseOx data being imported into the 2032 year date. I deleted the cpap data for this date but it hasn't changed anything back.

Thanks in advance for any help or insight you can pass my way.

Chris H

when you open sleepyhead, go to file - edit profile.

the year data should come from your computer clock. make sure your computer clock is set correctly.

Thanks greatunclebill but I did what you suggested and there was no auto update to correct date and nowhere to set it manually. My computer clock is set at proper date and time.

Still looking for a solution - anyone?

Thanks

Chris H

I have never seen or heard that happening.
All I know to do would be uninstall it and install it again.
Your report data is all stored in the SleepApp folder in MyDocuments and is untouched by an uninstall unless you manually go delete it.
I don't know if it will fix the problem or not because don't know what caused the problem.

I have done the uninstall thing and left my SleepApp folder in MyDocuments alone and I didn't lose any of my old reports.

Thank you again Pugsy. I will try the reinstall (which I was trying to avoid) but it is obviously the way to go. Appreciate the insight on the data files(was my main concern) and maybe the full reinstall will get my Leak graph to start again (it just stopped on Oct 9th after working just fine).

I assume I will have to load my Oximeter PulseOx data for each day again but thankfully I've only been doing that for a couple of weeks. Will let you know how this plays out.

Regards,

Chris H
