Encore Pro & My Encore Questions

Post by SleepAgain » Tue Apr 25, 2006 6:14 am

Hello Everyone.

1) Encore Pro Question

I keep getting the following error message when I try to generate a report from Encore Pro from data generated by my Remstart Auto CFlex machine:

"Error 2018 - Page margins are too large - Can't run report"

Does anyone knows how to fix this problem?

2) My Encore Question

Last night I ran my Remstar at a fixed 9.5 cm H20 pressure, but the reports from My Encore rounded it up to 10. Is there a way to keep My Encore from "rounding-up" pressure data to the nearest integer value?

Best Regards

Miguel ALeman

Are you trying to print the report when you get the error. If so resetting the margins and or printing in landscape mode might help.

MyEncore seems to round up, I am running 15.5 cm, and it see 16 cm.

I have a Excel spreadsheet I keep my data on, if you want a copy, PM me your e-mail and I will send it. Jim

Hello Goofproof

Thanks for your replies.

I get the error message when I try to generate a report by doubleclicking on a set of downloaded data on the "Interaction List". When I do that, I get a "Report Options" dialog box where after choosing "Type of Report" (summary or detail) and "Date Range" I get the "Report Viewer" screen showing the error message.

Best Regards

Miguel,

I highly recommend that you edit your post and take out your e-mail address. SPAM Bots will find it on this forum and you will get nailed with lots of junk.
