Rainout solutions for S8

Post by nicodan » Tue Oct 09, 2012 1:59 pm

Hi folks,

I have not posted in a while!

I have a Resmed S8 for a couple of years now, and I am getting tired of the rainout in the winter. I used to have a covering on my hose, but I didn't put it on when I got the new machine.
Any recommendations for a heated hose system for me?

Thanks!

Pretty much limited to the Aussie heated hose or the Hybernite 2300 heated hose for stand alone heated hose systems.
I haven't heard of any others.
I have used the Hybernite myself before I got my S9 with the Climateline heated hose. I was totally pleased with the Hybernite.
I chose it because it was considerably less costly than the Aussie heated hose.

Check out this thread - viewtopic.php?p=237606

I've been using the reptile heater cable inside a Resmed hose cover for years and it works great (and is relatively cheap).
