Using this forum to bash it's owners, usually ends up by the basher making a complete fool out of themselves. A better solution would to resolve it with the people that you think you have been wronged by. It also pays to get your Ducks in a row, and the facts straight, before you attack, reason works better. I have found CPAP dot com, willing to be fair, even past the point of reason. (More than I would) Jim

Well, for you CF, anything:

But I tell ya, that poster #4 has some anger management issues...

And such language!
Thank you from me too! Now can you do the same on 49er's quote? That's a good boy!

Davey (AKA deltadave), thank you for changing your original message to a message that is positive. Mamma would be proud of you. Also, some of the regular posters on this website seem to like you. I'm hopeful that the owner of this website won't ban you now. The jury is still out, so make your family proud. Big Sis.

Also be sure to ask Johnny who the "Unknown User" is hanging out in chat for the last 2 days is. Kinda spooky if you ask me, when you go into chat you can't see this "Unknown User" , why is that?

If you could see the Unknown User, he wouldn't be there. DAH! Jim

Howdy,

I'm sorry to had a bad experience. Here are ways to reach me:

1. PM me (johnnygoodman)

2. Email me (johnny@cpap.com)

3. Call me through CPAP.com toll free (1-800-356-5221)

4. Call my personal cell (832-413-2462)

We work really hard on our customer service and I'd appreciate it if those channels were exhausted before you call me directly, but, sometimes it just has to be that way to get it fixed and if you are in that position, I understand and will do my level best to help AND to fix it so it does not happen to the next person down the line.

I just got a PM regarding a mask issue that I'm working on now. If this is you, please sit tight. If not, please feel free to reach out.

If/when you reach out, please include your order number in the message. We take good notes on orders, tie in emails with your account and such, so with order number in hand I have a good idea of everything that's happened from the "CPAP.com side" of the event. I like to read up on it before we talk, so I'm not taking your time catching up during the call and so when I get your side of things, I can match it up and try to figure out where the process broke.

Johnny

I suppose that depends on who is reading it.

I ordered a hose management system from cpap.com last week and had to return it because it was too heavy and bulky for Mike's situation. I called and the sweet young lady told me to just return it for full credit(no restocking fee), and I would also be credited back for the return postage. How's that for service? And now Johnny posts his private cell # here! What a guy!

Speaking of hose management systems, please tell me The Hozer hasn't been discontinued.
