Can anyone give me advice on where to sell (online) my GiNormous Cpap Battery.. I've never used it and it is way overkill I'm thinking.

May want to try eBay since it is not a prescription item. That would give you the largest audience. Would not hurt to mention here what you would take for it. Unless you find the right buyer, you will probably only get about 40% of what you paid.
