Humidifier cost help!

Perhaps those of us in the northern tier of states could partner up with our Canadian brothers and sisters to receive a shipment and then we could all take a "short vacation" near the border for a visit.

Update!

I ordered the humidifier from clinicalsleep.com (their toll-free number, actually), and had a good experience with them. Only took a few days to get here, and was 2/3 the cost locally. Many thanks for this and the other great info in this thread.

Clinicalsleep is terrific if you're in Canada - the only one I've found with prices comparable to the US ones, and decent service.
