You probably already did this, but did you click the download button to download your card to the machine? Other than that, I don't have a clue because I've never used the SmartCode option.

Above is a link to the Devilbiss marketing rep who is a forum member. Send her a private message pointing her back to this thread and see if she has some ideas. We do have a few forum members here who use this software but they seem to be absent. Maybe because we have a holiday here this weekend.

The Devilbiss Marketing rep is also likely on a holiday so don't look for a response until at least Tuesday since Monday is a holiday here in the US.

Hi,

I have never been able to get a smart code report off of the smart link software. I either go to https://www.intellipap.com/default.aspx or get it off the machine.

Regarding the Devilbiss rep, when I had other issues, this person responded pretty quickly. So I agree with Pugsy that it must be the holiday weekend that is the reason for the lack of response.

I apologize for my delayed response. I have spoken with one of our software engineers concerning this issue. If you look at the dates in the select date range drop down they are in the year 2555. This is because your computer has regional settings that are using a different calendar format than we use here in the U.S. The fix for this issue is to switch your regional settings to use a Gregorian calendar, an example being English(United States). Can you please send me your email address and I will forward instructions on how to modify these settings.

Thank you - and again, sorry for my delayed response.
