SleepyHead and my REMstar Pro 460P

Have downloaded the software for Windows and Linux and cannot get the software to read the SD card from the REMstar machine on either machine.
On the windows machine I have pointed the import data to the SD card on E: no luck. Pointed to E: P-Series folder, no luck.

On the linux machine running Ubuntu desktop, have done the same, and will not read any data.

Can someone shed some light as to what my be wrong???

Sleepyhead does not yet work with the data files from the new 60 Series Philips Respironics machines.

Does your device show up in the "Machine Information" section?

Unsupported but known devices show up with the Brand, Model and serial number but nothing in the First Use or Last use box. If you machine doesn't even get detected there, are you willing to send some sample data? There is work going on to support the 560 and I expect the 460 files will be the same but the machine will have to show up in that other section for the 560 code to even try to read it.
