Temp
What temp and humidity level do use use. Mine is set to 73 temp and 2 humidity level. Feel some moisture in nose at this setting.
Re: Temp
Doesn't really matter what we use. Humidity and temperature preference is going to vary widely between an individual's own personal preference along with where they live ambient room temperature and humidity as well.
We each have to find our own comfort level. There is no right or wrong setting that works for everyone.
FWIW..I prefer lots of added moisture so I use a setting of 5.5 on my machine and during the winter I use temperature of 80 degrees...I get lots of moisture then. During the summer that 80 is just too much warmth so I drop the temp back down to 74 degrees.
Feel free to play with the settings...a setting of 2 at your temp is a relatively low amount of moisture being added.
Some people like more and some people like less. It's funny that the same symptom that points to a possible not so great setting on the humidifier (nasal congestion and drainage) happens to people who are getting too much moisture (for them) and also same symptom for the people who aren't getting enough added moisture (for them).
So play with the settings a bit to see which way your body wants the moisture. It is mostly a comfort feature so you just need to figure out which is more comfortable for you. If I don't receive lots of added moisture my nasal mucosa and sinuses give me some awful misery and others get the same problem with too much humidity. I would snort water if I could.

Re: Temp
Live in Houston, TX. We have lots of humidity.
Re: Temp
Is there any reason why you are not using the machine set on automatic climateline? That allows for 80% humidity at the temp of comfort for you. Now if its too humid in Houston I would go to passover or no humidfier at all.Abertolino wrote:What temp and humidity level do use use. Mine is set to 73 temp and 2 humidity level. I use mine in passover in the summer.

Re: Temp
I try to keep my bedroom about 68° during these summer months. My setting on the PR is set to either 2 or 3 and I find this combination most comfortable.
