Skinner's link has been dead a long time.

Check your private message box. I have sent you what I have. I don't know if what I have will work or not.
I couldn't find the original download so I made a copy of what I have on my old computer and put it on my dropbox holding tank site..
I no longer have a working Pro 1.8 version to test my uploaded files. You are welcome to them to try though.
I wish I had the original download from Skinner's link but I can't seem to find it on the old computer. I may have removed it after the install or maybe I just put it on my desktop and that is what I was using.. been way too long ago for me to remember.

Do let me know if you can get it to work though...that way if someone else wants to try it then I know I have something that will work. If it won't work then I will remove it from my dropbox folder.

For anyone wondering about this tool...it won't work on any version of Pro newer than 1.8 so don't even bother worrying about it. Pro 1.8 won't work with the new machines and I couldn't find it if it did. Way old version.

As Pugsy said the link is gone. I have the set-up program and the full program on disk but it is an exe program and is blocked by most servers so it would have to sent on the disk. I have tried to send it several times and even when I get it past my server the receiving server blocks it.

The way around that is to rename the extention of the file, then after rename it's ext back, problem solved. EXAMPLE: file.eXE renamed to file.xex, sent then put the.exe back. Jim The file won't be changed, only the name to get by the filters. Jim

Thank you everyone.

Pugsy was able to help me.

If you want to send exe files a free program called "Dropbox" is the way (as per Pugsy).

I havent been on the forum for several years and its re-assuring to know that everyone is still very supportive.

Kind Regards

Billy

Dropbox is just a place to host files/folders/programs for sharing. Super easy. If I can figure it out then just about anyone can.
Free up to a certain amount of space..I forget how much but it is a generous amount.
I think it was Rosie who told me about it a while back and only recently had a chance to need something like that.
So much easier than burning to a CD and sending via snail mail and easier than hotfile.com or other places like that which I have used in the past. Pretty simple and I like simple.
Most of the time it is the email security system that doesn't like exe files...I have tried in the past and it has always been the email security that was the problem. Some email security systems are real nit picky.
