It does indeed look like you are doing well. Minor short lived spike in leak up to and a little past the 24 L/min leak line area (where we want to avoid) and not a big deal. AHI is great. Are you sleeping decently? I know that just 3 nights of use isn't going to be perfect but is anything bugging you? Wake up often? Leaks? Pressure changes?
Anything bothering you that you can put a finger on other than maybe just sleeping with the alien on your face?

Thank you Pugsy.

This is my second machine. I do feel like I am getting good sleep. I do wake sometimes to adjust my sleeping position. I wonder if the fact that I am a wild sleeper has anything to do with the 24 L/min leak. Sometimes I roll onto my stomach and my mask leaks. I am really comfortable with my current alien... Swift FX.

But over all I feel good and have energy that lasts through the day.

I tend to be a wild sleeper also and sometimes my leak line jumps up there too. I also have some wake ups when I have to turn over...it comes with age and body aches I think.
Didn't realize you were a cpap veteran with a new machine.
I think things look good and if you feel good I would just continue going along and let the machine do its job and not worry about anything. I don't see any need to make any changes.

Some people prefer a tighter range with the APAP pressures but if the pressure changes don't bug you then there is no pressing need to change it or tighten the range.
Can't do much better than less than 1.0 AHI anyway.... Like what is there to improve upon anyway. Try to cut that 0.84 AHI in half? Heck no...if it ain't broke...don't try to fix it.

I use a wider range myself. The pressure changes don't bug me and sometimes I need higher pressures and sometimes I don't so I leave well enough along and let the machine do its job.
