Go evening all.
I did my Zeo last night and for some reason data didn't show up. When I woke up, I woke with my Zeo on my head don't know what happen to the data.

I'm not familiar with the phone version, but would that be due to a loss of signal? If you go to their website and mouse over the bars does a note pop up?

Re: Zeo: Where did My Data Go?
Although I use the Zeo Bedside, my wife does have the mobile unit. At least once I noted that she had no data showing for the previous night. The headband seems to be capable of storing the data for a night, a definite advantage to the bedside on this note.
I can't recall the exact process for forcing the download but I recall there being an option on the iPhone and then pressing the button of the headband itself to force a re-sync between the devices. Here is a link to the Zeo website with some additional information; http://www.myzeo.com/sleep/faqs/zeo-mob ... leep-graph

Thank you for the link. However, too late. I brought my Zeo headset and Adroid to my office ready to follow the instructions on the provided link.
And when I went to the Zeo home screen, there it was. All day I had my phone next to the Android. All I can figure is sometime during the day, the data got moved into the Android. *Bookmarks this thread in case it ever happens again*

Re: Zeo: Where did My Data Go?
Ummm I blew it. The data that I was talking about that showed was for last night. The data that didn't show was for Thursday 8/9/12 - 8/10/12.
So, Thursday night is gone forever. That's OK. I'll tuck the link in a file somewhere. The data for Thursday 8/9/12 - 8/10/12 shows up in the Android with a big break in the middle, but nothing shows up on the website. I do agree with you. I just may not have known how to capture the data as your link showed. Oh well, I know what to do
Thank you T.
