Trying to get Sleepyhead set up correctly (yeah, I'm new)

Hello to all on this board. Thanks to all of the dedicated posters I see here. I have lurked here for quite a while and have learned a great deal.

My question is regarding the fabulous Sleepyhead software. After I installed the software and downloaded my info from the SD card (I've been using the cpap for about a year) I saw that there was only about 32 days of data and they were just randomly scattered all over the place (32 days out of an entire year). AND, the most data that ever shows on any given night is usually an hour or less. Does anyone have any idea as to why there are such a limited number of days that have recorded data and why there is only very limted data on those days?

I've tried to include a screen shot of Sleepyhead but, it seems a link is the best I can do. You can see there is very limited data on this particular day.

Curious if you re-tried the download? Could be a problem with the card, the card reader, or the download may just have not worked. You might try playing with another memory card, put a bunch of files on it, and then download them and see if that works.

Do you have an Encore version software that you could use to compare and see if the data is missing in it also?
You would need Encore Pro 2.5 or later or EncoreBasic.

A handful of people have had trouble with their PR S1 ASV machines and SleepyHead. We are unsure why.

Thank you Pugsy. I think I will have to try the the Encore as it seems that, although I have tried the other suggestions, I am still no closer to seeing my data. I have tried starting over completely and even tried a different download method to no avail. So if you are able to assist with the Encore software I would be grateful.
