quattro headgear

Post by hankG. » Mon Jul 30, 2012 1:45 am

I require a large quattro fx (cheaper than rhinoplasty ) ,
; why does it always arrive with medium headgear ? The medium headgear causes me to age 20 years as I awake with bags under my "dreamy blue bedroom eyes " which are now slits, "lines on the mirror , lines on my face" ..... Thank you Don Henley and fellow Eagles. Yes , ResMed, I am talking to you.
Thank you for the time.

How does the man on manuel cover put on headgear and not have one hair out of place?

Take care.

all quattro fx and quattro fx for her ship with medium headgear from the factory. if you want another size you must order and pay for it. why does resmed do this? basically because they can.

I tried the "large" headgear and it was much to big for me. I found that a headgear from a Mirage FX headgear is more comfortable and just a bit larger than the medium headgear that comes standard with the Mirage Quattro. I just get the FX headgear on ebay or CPAP.com. I had tried the Mirage FX a while back before I settled on the Quattro, I ended up using the Mirage FX's headgear because it was more comfortable for me.

Yes it is reall that all resmed full face mask arrived with medium headgear and if you want bigger you have to byu them, but maybe the problem is not on headgear but on you mask maybe this mask is not sitting well on your face and at this point better you have to change it.

The upper straps on the Quattro FX headgear are a lot shorter than those on the Quattro headgear. What's the secret to making it work? Did you make some sort of extension?

Thank you.

The headgear I used was from https://www.cpap.com/productpage/Resmed ... dgear.html

Mirage FX nasal mask - upper straps are longer with the smaller forehead support.

P.S. - Resmed's mask naming system really is confusing at times
