Looking for a comparison of all machines

Both current production and recent past.

Actually, what I have in mind is that I need a travel machine. My current machine is listed below, but its shape and bulk make it inconvenient. I also am thinking about the idea of camping and am concerned with power consumption. Since this is on my dime, I'm looking to find a used machine - really a list of acceptable (to me) used machines.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knew of an extensive feature chart or something convenient to help thin down the herd, so to speak?

It will be only for the machines that cpap.com has offered either now or in the past though. If they haven't ever sold it then it won't show up. Should get you started though.
