Yes, my sleep doc thinks I have PLMD but has referred me to a neurologist (which is taking ages) for further investigation. He wants him/her to rule out some things and also look at the sleep study results. As far as the sleep disruptions go, you're absolutely right. During the titration study they got my AHI down to 1.8 but my PLM index increased to 46.8.

Janos, I sleep mostly on my left side and IF I do snore, it's very quiet, but it's only when I sleep on my left side.
