Is there anything that thoroughly discusses the various things that are measured and charted in the program reports? I seem to find bits and pieces throughout posts on this site, but haven't lucked out on anything that pretty much covers all the reports.
Like, how do I know what is good or bad results? What indicators should I be most concerned about? And how am I certain that I'm improving, if any? What indicators can be improved upon?
Being new to all this, I'm still experimenting with masks and machines, so I'm really not, at this time, expecting consistent results night after night. It also seems like some indexes vary considerably...which could be because of my fiddling! I'll know for sure, once I get what I feel is the best set up of machine and mask I can find/be fitted for!

I would love to find such a document as well. Is hard to understand how some of the variables that are plotted against pressure relate to each other.
In my case for example, it seems my Remstar Auto prefers to treat me at 9 cm H20 although the charts seem to indicate that a lower AHI can be achieved at 10.
I am also confused by the fact that my Flow Limitation Index (FLI) goes thru a maximum at 9 cm H20 and is actually zero at 10.
So how come the machine does not choose to operate at 10 cm H20 most of the time as to further reduce my AHI and to get my FLI to zero ?
Could it be because my Snore Index (SI) is the highest at 10 cm H2O ?
As you can see, I am confused !!!
Best Regards
