I've been on CPAP for 12 days now. It appears on the whole the my vibratory snores have gone up. I started at 2.5 and the last three nights it was 9.6, 7.8, 4.3. I have APAP machine and my flow runs an average 6.8 - 7.3. Is this good or bad. And if bad what do I need to do to make it better?
Thanks in advance.

The snores are not horrible. Normally the standard thing to try to reduce snores would be a wee bit more minimum pressure.
Odd that you have it part of the night and not other parts of the night when makes me wonder why the change???
First suspect would be supine sleeping...is it possible that you are on your back when this little bit of increase in snores happen?
How are you sleeping? Waking up often or sleeping right through all the snores? Anything different going on now that wasn't going on a few days ago when the snores were much more reduced in numbers?
They really aren't in any significant numbers that would warrant much concern at these levels unless they are disturbing your sleep.
Also...make sure they are your snores....I have a little pug dog that sleeps with me and the machine picks up on his snores (and he is loud) when he sleeps with his head on my shoulder. Sometimes hose movement nose gets misinterpreted also.
If they persist and they bug you seeing them and/or you sleep is fragmented then you might increase the pressure minimum 0.5 cm and see what happens. No need to alter the maximum.

HiYA,
I notice when i put a new hose on the snores go up for a while.
I think the machine picks up the crackles of the hose.

Ok, I upped the air flow to 6.5. BTW, my Dr. prescribed 8. I also tried to make sure I didn't sleep on my back. Looks like one or the other lowered the Vibratory Snores. Aha!!
