oxygen saturation

How to measure oxygen saturation during apap therapy. Does the encore software measure it? if not, what software can do it?
Thanks for your help.

You are going to need separate Pulse Oximetry (SpO2) equipment for that.

A recording pulse oximeter will usually have the software that will allow you to review the night's data.

contec 50 series pulse oximeters work with sleepyhead. unfortunately sleepyhead is not compatible with your 60 series yet. so any oximeter you get will have to be viewed on it's own outside of encore because pulse ox don't work with encore.

Thank you all,

I have a fingertip pulse oximeter. It measures and displays the result instantly on its screen. I need a way to monitor oxygen saturation during sleep time.

Thanks

if it is not a recording pulse oximeter you'll have to buy one. does it have a make and model number?

If you are only interested in a few days worth of data -- get your doctor to prescribe a test for things like "periodic breathing" which your SpO2 levels are of maximum importance. Then your DME will set you up with a machine to record everything.
